Commissions Report
Run this report for any period of time you select. You can exclude commissions on
parts or set parts commissions to a different rate than labor commissions. InvoMax
looks at each repair order for the reporting period to see which technicians were
credited for each job. Each technician may be set up at a different rate of commission
and/or salary. You can pay your technicians based on labor hours, percentage of gross
billings and by flat rate. Each technician can view his or her own commission report if
you want to assign special passwords for each technician.
Productivity Graph
This valuable graph compares the productivity of each of your technicians. Run the report
for a day or for any length of time. The figures on the screen represent the gross amount
that the technician has made for the shop.
Best customer & cities report
This useful information shows you where your business is coming from. Lists customers in
order of total dollars spent and lists cities based on total dollars and total customers.
The cities spending report can help you decide where to advertise or where to relocate if
you need to move.
Quick Books(R) Interface
InvoMax enables Quick Book users to transfer sales and accounting information from
InvoMax to Quick Books. Quick Books users (Windows and Quick Books Pro) can
select their own time period to transfer InvoMax information to Quick Books. InvoMax
transfers sales information, sales tax collected, hazardous waste charges, shop
supplies, and accounts receivable.
Advanced Sale & Tax Journal
This advanced sales and tax journal report can list every repair order processed for
any period of time or you can set the report to list a summary total for each day in
the period rather than each repair order. This is the type of report that your bookkeeper
usually needs. Aside from your single tax rate or dual tax rates (i.e, local and state),
InvoMax will print a separate tax journal for other tax rates. For example, as you are
writing a repair order you may change the tax rate that you want to charge on the customers
invoice (i.e, a farmers tax rate, another county rate). InvoMax will allow you to set
up and charge your customers 1 of 15 different tax rates. You only need to charge the
customer once for a different tax rate and InvoMax remembers the tax rate to charge your
customer.
